Paste your list — name, mobile, helper type — and we create a profile for each helper. They need no email and no account. One afternoon, not one signup at a time.

We verify your licence

Give us your DOLE PRPA or DMW number and we check it against the regulator. Verified agencies carry a badge families can see.

Helpers claim their profile

Each helper gets a text and can claim their own listing. The profile stays theirs — that is what makes families trust it.

Families come to you

Your name, location and placement fee are on every profile you represent. Families contact you, already knowing what you charge.

What we ask of you

A valid licence. DOLE PRPA covers placement inside the Philippines; DMW covers deployment overseas. We verify it before your roster goes live, and we list only what your licence authorises.

Your fee, published. Families see your placement fee — an exact figure or a range — on every helper you represent. No surprises after the interview is the whole point.

The helper's consent. Every helper you list is texted when their profile goes live, and can claim it. A profile always belongs to the person it describes, and they can leave your roster and keep it.

Under the Batas Kasambahay, the employer pays recruitment and placement fees — never the kasambahay. Helpers is built that way and we do not list agencies that charge workers.

What an agency profile shows

Useful before the first call

Agency name, location, and recorded licence type/status.
Helpers who have a published, agency-linked roster profile.
Placement fee or range when the agency has supplied one.
Placement and retention numbers only when Helpers has earned the underlying record.

Still ask the agency

Which checks were completed for the individual helper and when?
What exactly does the fee include: sourcing, screening, interviews, replacement, support, or refunds?
How does the helper consent to being represented, and how can either side end the relationship?
How will the household follow the Batas Kasambahay and keep placement fees away from the worker?
