Our story
helpers launched after conversations with families struggling to find household help and helpers looking for clearer, more direct access to work. We set out to make the first steps — describing the role, comparing profiles, and agreeing terms — easier to understand.
The marketplace covers roles such as housekeeping, childcare, cooking, driving, elder care, and general household support. Availability depends on the profiles and jobs currently published in each location, so we show inventory rather than promise a match that may not exist.

What families and helpers still decide
- A profile check is not a guarantee of character, skill, availability, or a successful match.
- Both sides must discuss duties, pay, schedule, rest, privacy, and benefits before work begins.
- Families and helpers agree the work payment directly; Helpers does not hold the helper’s salary.
