Found a helper on Facebook or through a friend? For a one-time US$19.99 we review the documents they send us and call their previous employers. We aim to send your report within 3 business days.
What we check
- The identity documents the helper sends us. Our team reviews them.
- The NBI or police clearance the helper sends us. Our team reviews it.
- Up to 2 previous employers. We call them and note what they say about the helper's work.
What we don't check
- We do not have direct access to NBI, police or other government records. We review the documents you and the helper provide. We do not confirm them with the agency that issued them.
- The report describes what we reviewed and what the references told us. It cannot promise how the helper will behave in the future.
