Our standard
Helpers is a work marketplace built on dignity, honesty, consent, and safety. These rules apply to profiles, gallery media, job listings, applications, reviews, messages, and every other interaction on Helpers.
Be truthful and respectful
- Use accurate identity, experience, job, compensation, location, and availability information.
- Communicate professionally and respect boundaries, consent, and a person's decision to end a conversation.
- Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
- Follow applicable employment, safety, anti-discrimination, privacy, and intellectual-property laws.
Prohibited content and behavior
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, stalking, or unwanted sexual content.
- Scams, fraud, impersonation, fake profiles, misleading jobs, or deceptive payment requests.
- Exploitation, trafficking, coercion, unsafe work, or requests that violate employment or other applicable laws.
- Sharing another person’s private information without permission.
- Spam, malware, manipulated media used to deceive, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Attempts to evade safety controls, retaliate against a report, or pressure someone not to contact Helpers or lawful authorities.
Report and block
Use the in-app report action on a conversation, job, or review to send it to the Helpers safety team. In one-to-one messages, you can also block the other participant immediately. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services first.
If an in-app report is unavailable, email support@helpers.ph with the account or content involved and enough detail for us to investigate. Do not include passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
What happens after a report
Helpers reviews reports using the available account, content, and interaction context. Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, warn or restrict an account, prevent messaging, suspend or close an account, preserve evidence, or refer credible threats and unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
We prioritize credible threats, exploitation, fraud, and immediate safety concerns. We cannot promise a specific outcome or disclose confidential action taken against another person, but reports are retained for moderation follow-up.
Appeals and support
If you believe Helpers restricted your content or account by mistake, contact support@helpers.ph from the email associated with your account. Include the decision you are appealing and any relevant context. We will review the appeal without retaliation for good-faith reporting.

These guidelines supplement our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where law or those policies impose a stricter requirement, the stricter requirement applies.
