Compare ways to find household help in the Philippines

A job board, an app, and an agency solve different parts of hiring. This directory keeps only services with a current public product or search surface we could inspect, then records what each one says about its model, pricing, and checks.

Research note: Each profile records the date it was checked. Prices, listings, coverage, and policies change. We attribute claims to the linked source, do not imply affiliation, and do not treat a competitor's marketing claim as independent verification.

What to compare before you hire

Who does the work?

An agency may source and support the match. A marketplace may give you profiles and messaging. A job board may only publish the vacancy. Know where screening and follow-up stop.

What exactly is checked?

Separate identity verification, NBI clearance, references, training, and agency licensing. A badge or a listing does not automatically include all five.

What happens after payment?

Ask about messaging access, refunds, replacement terms, support, cancellation, worker fees, and who pays the helper. Keep the written terms before you pay.

Where helpers.ph fits

Helpers.ph is a Philippines-focused marketplace. Families can browse and shortlist public helper profiles for free, review profile-level identity, NBI, reference, rating, and experience signals, post their first job free, then use Connect when they are ready to message helpers. Helpers set their own rates and keep the agreed work pay; Helpers does not hold the work payment.
